Make an appointment with our seasoned expatriate doctor for your consult. We can also arrange appointments with other specialists like in Obstetrics – Gyne, Pediatrics, Dermatologist, Psychiatrist, Surgery and others.

Laboratory Services

We can do for full blood chemistry, cancer screening, hormonal test, urine analysis, culture and sensitivity testing and others. All results will be translated into English.

Annual Executive Health Assessment

Proper diet, adequate sleep and regular exercises are proven ways to keep your body and mind healthy and strong. However, regular health assessments can identify potential health issues and early detection of diseases. We suggest you to have a regular health checkup and proactive approach for better health.

Emergency Response and Evacuation

We attend 24 hours emergency response; house visit and evacuation but only available to our members. We can arrange hospitalization in a private room with immediate specialist consultation at the local hospital or outside China. Our team will monitor your health condition and treatment during hospitalization.

Medical Specialist Referral and Assistance to Local Hospital

We can search, coordinate, and refer you to local and specialists overseas. We can arrange for your treatment with an appropriate medical facility.

Diagnostic Imaging and Interpretation into English Assistance

If you need a diagnostic procedure, we can schedule and assist and interpret the findings into English.

Online Telehealth Consultation with Specialists

Our team can arrange video conferencing appointments with the specialists. This is an opportunity to discuss and share complex health conditions with the specialist without the need for you to travel to another place.

Second Opinion Services

If you received a confusing and complex medical diagnosis and you might not feel well and you want to get some answers. Our team will review all your pertinent medical records, imaging and test results and we can give our honest opinion about your health problem and advice on how it should be managed.

Medicine Refill

If you run out of medication, we can refill your prescription by visiting our clinic or online and weChat. If your prescription is not available locally, we can replace it with reliable western standard medicine.

On Site Company Staffing

If your company needs medical staffing, we can provide you with medical staffing back up with our support system.

On Site Company Clinic Set Up

If your company has a large number of expatriates and dependents, we can set up an onsite clinic with expatriate or local doctors with our fully trained medical support group.

Basic Life Support Training

On request, we can arrange on-site training of Basic Life Support by our team in Hong Kong. The training will be certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Travel Medicine

We encourage you to get in touch with our team prior to your trip to remote places. We can review your travel itinerary and give health and safety-related information of your destination for proper immunization, health hazard advisories and availability of medical services in the area.
